Day 30 Zoom Check In

Tonight’s zoom check in call is all about cultivating composure and understanding habit behaviour, which is our theme for Days 31-40. Cultivating composure (self-control) allows us to reduce how much and how often we cause ourselves and others harm. When our conduct is oriented to the practice of non-harm, our mind becomes increasingly peaceful, calm and steady.

Join us this evening: Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at 8:30pm ET and we’ll do a check in on your 100 Days progress and enjoy a simple guided meditation on composure (sīla).

Insight Yoga + Meditation, Thursdays 7:30pm ET (75 mins), with Heather FentonCultivate physical and mental suppleness in a 75-min class blending movement and meditation. Pricing for these classes depends on frequency and other factors.
