In our Day 1 session of the Autumn 2025 Live Cohort, Heather introduced the heart of the practice—choosing a simple personal mantra and bringing it into daily meditation as a way of resting in loving-kindness and protection.
Together we practiced a guided meditation, weaving mantra with breath and awareness, and explored how this becomes the foundation for the 100 days ahead.
We spoke about allowing ourselves to be messy in the process, showing up as we are rather than waiting for perfection. The invitation was to begin with gentleness, presence, and trust in the unfolding of the practice.
