The Protection of Open-Hearted Seeing (Equanimity)

The ‘far-reaching’ attitude of open-hearted seeing (equanimity) is a mind that holds or knows wisdom without wavering. As we practice and deepen into open-hearted seeing, we become increasingly attuned and sensitive to what is going on in and around us, while remaining steady, dispassionate, balanced and unaffected with and within it.

Sustaining the 100 Days Journey

Sustain an ongoing practice of daily self-compassion and lovingkindness with these supportive weekly sessions. These weekly 1-hour gatherings offer ongoing support, encouragement and an opportunity to connect with others who are practicing.

Join us occasionally or come every week. We will meditate and then discuss our practice in group or small groups.

Offered freely, by donation. Online only (Zoom).
