Celebrating our Autumn 2024 Cohort

Dec 23, 2024

Celebrating endings and marking the threshold to a new beginning is an essential part of our journey. Let’s gather and honour the effort, growth and insights of our 100 Days of Care Autumn 2024 Live Cohort.

Moments of recognition ground us in gratitude and affirm our capacity to create meaningful change. Whether it’s a quiet reflection or a shared celebration, taking the time to acknowledge our progress and our ongoing intentions, strengthens our connection to our practice.

You’re invited to either or both of two special sessions to mark the closing of the Autumn live cohort.

On Day 100, New Year’s Eve, join us (in person only) for a meditation and the Ignite Your Light Kirtan. Singing together in community is a heart-opening joy and a practice of devotional (bhakti) yoga. Bring the whole family for this all ages event. If you like to hum, sing, laugh and love, this special evening session is for you! Book your spot here.

On Day 101, we’ll be enjoying our regular Wednesday evening session (in person or live on Zoom) of meditation and discussion. Join us to share your experience and hear the experience of others! Book here to let us know you’re coming.
