Ethical self-discipline is developed in order to bring calm and quiet to the heart-mind and to reduce the harm we cause ourselves and others.

The focus for Days 31-40 of the 100 Days of Care is the ‘far-reaching’ attitude of Ethical Self-Discipline (Sila Parami). These instructions for practice were given at Stream Yoga + Meditation on October 23, 2024. This recording includes the guided meditation prior to the talk, but does not include the discussion and Q&A that followed. Insight Yoga + Meditation, Thursdays 7:30pm ET (75 mins), with Heather FentonCultivate physical and mental suppleness in a 75-min class blending movement and meditation. Pricing for these classes depends on frequency and other factors.
