Tonight’s zoom check in call is all about cultivating composure and understanding habit behaviour, which is our theme for Days 31-40. Cultivating composure (self-control) allows us to reduce how much and how often we cause ourselves and others harm. When our conduct is oriented to the practice of non-harm, our mind becomes increasingly peaceful, calm and steady.
