You can spend time working with and reworking your personal mantra/phrase. Your mantra is a loving phrase that you will recite at least once daily for 100 Days. Let it be a living statement that can evolve.
As you sit with it, recite it or re-write it, let yourself feel the words resonate for you. Feel into your body and into your heart.
Instead of taking an attitude that there is something wrong with us that we need to fix, the 100 Days invites us to SLOW DOWN and re-train ourselves to PAY ATTENTION with CARE and KINDNESS to both our own experience and the experience of others.
